Modnay's Long Song

Back in 1999 an interesting sound appeared from Iceland to my ears. Sigur Ros was the one that made me investigate for more. Since The Sugercubes and Björk it was the first band from Iceland that impressed me very much. I missed  Sigur Ros' first album but their second one is still one of those that I come back with fun from time to time. Maybe it is their interpretation of post-rock, psychedelic and their intimate and unique sound that made this record for me one of the best in this era.
