When I was looking for something else on the Internet a few days ago, I came across a publication from the beginning of this year that I didn't know about until that day. Jah Wobble released another album this January with The Bus Routes Of South London. It is a theme album of musical explorations he recorded and worked on them while he took some bus rides through South West London. The result are nine songs with his incomparable bass and fragments of ambient, guitar licks and dub step. The album is not groundbreaking but another one for the very late hours of the day. An overlooked gem of this year.
