The first release of Colognes Kompakt label in 2021 is one of those I didn't expected. While their last releases didn't hit my taste and I ignored them. This changed with the release by Orlando Voorn's new three-track EP. Voorn signed new to Kompakt and is aktive as a DJ an d producer for many years in Netherlands. His music can be described as a fusion of Detroit and Amsterdam house. It makes fun listening to this pulsing little gem.
