Kiwi

Joe Goddard, founding member of Hot Chip and producer released Jack Come Back/LakE an EP with own works and Kiwi (a band/project I couldn't find any informations). Kiwi has been working with Goddard a few times over the last years and coming back with two more great songs. KatE brings us double bass slaps against a rigorous rhythm section and haunting pads and psychedelic voices at the start and the end.

I can't resist to feature Joe Goddard's Moebius Trip, a Detroit techno inspired ride on melodic synths and crumpled beats.

Ordinary Madness

I took a few days of because it is summer at our place and time to go out and meet some friends outdoors. That doesn't mean that my ears were closed for music. I listened to a lot of old music during the recent days but there is one new song I listened often to during the last days. Joe Goddard, member of London based indietronic band Hot Chip made a song that might carry me through the next weeks. Together with singer/songwriter Jess Mills he made a relaxed and Balearic inspired song that has everything for a classic summer record.

Music Is The Answer

Another song for Sunday morning. Hot Chip's Joe Goddard released another song from his next album. It is a hybrid of pop and club-music with a lot of ecstasy and desire. Music is the answer to your problems / Keep on moving than you can solve them. Certainly one opinion.
