I started this series as a little retrospection to the twanging sound of the 50's and 60's. That it lasted for almost two years I never thought about. But there were a lot of bands/songs that should be featured here. So I think that number 100 should be enough. It was also hard to find good songs for this series. It made fun to me to presenting those songs to you all. I thought a lot about to finish this series with a suitable song and decided to offer once more one of the best and unique guitar players in this genre. Link Wray and his guitar are remarkable to this genre and should be played more. Thank you for joining me during the last years to this series and I think I will post some twangy songs in the next months.

Well done Walter. As the author of a couple of long-running series myself, I know how difficult it is to keep momentum up. Some great tunes throughout, #100 seems a fitting point to bow out.
Looking forward to what you have in store for us next...
As Robster says, a fine achievement Walter, of which you should be proud. Thanks for the 100 twangers and I look forward to what comes next.
Well done on the Ron Walter. You have featured some great stuff in this series

Thank you mates. It was great fun to offer you 100 twangs. Now I am thinking about a series about German music. I am not sure how to describe but I think I get a solution these days. Be surprised what will happen.
Congratulations to you, Walter. We know what kind of labor and love goes into 100 posts on anything. Well done.
A series about German music sounds like a fine idea, judging by some of the great stuff you've posted in the past.
