Purchased Because Of The Cover

In December 1985 Grace Jones released her first compilation summing up her releases from the last years. In these days she was the uncrowned queen of dub/reggae/dancefloor. She hit our nerves with her unique mixture of different styles. Many of my friends could agree to her sound in these days. I got a few of her albums but I got this compilation as well because of its arty design of the album cover. She was a model in these days and I never saw before or after a black woman presenting in a style like this. This cover is art and I think it shown what could be black beauty in the 80's.
