Last week Jezebell, the stage name of American DJ and producer Jesse Fahnestock, released a re-work of his song Dancing (Not Fighting) to celebrate the Roland TR-808 Rhythm Composer. It is a drum-computer developed around 1980 in Japan. The TR-808 is mostly used in the electronic dance music which made it possible to produce very powerful sounds in the bass range. It is also possible to add bassdrums, hi-hats, snares and handclaps to a song. This all is shown at this rework and it is another example of Jezebell's feelings for great songs. Sometimes the vocals reminds me of Snap and I Got The Power but this no blemish.
